Ground-breaking ceremony for the Kaiblinggrat 8-seater chairlift

We are pleased to inform you that the ground-breaking ceremony for the Kaiblinggrat 8-seater chairlift marks the start of construction. With a transport capacity of 3,600 passengers per hour, it can boast the title of the most powerful chairlift in Styria. From the 2024/25 winter season, it will take guests up to the transmitter plateau at 1,870 meters in just 4.5 minutes.

Hauser Kaibling receives the most powerful chairlift in Styria

From the 2024/25 winter season, winter sports enthusiasts on Hauser Kaibling, the highest mountain in the Schladming 4-mountain ski area, will have the most powerful chairlift in Styria at their disposal.

Founded in 1990, the company "Hauser Kaiblinger Betriebsges.m.b.H. & Co KG" - a company half owned by Sampl KG and the other half by Hauser Kaibling Seilbahn und Liftges.m.b.H & Co KG - built the Quattralpina 4-seater chairlift in 1992.
4-seater chairlift Quattralpina, which runs from the top station of the Hauser Kaibling 8-seater gondola lift to the Sender plateau. Now, 32 years later, this company is building the new Kaiblinggrat lift.
