Customers who are consumers as defined in the Consumer
Protection Act may withdraw from a contract entered into remotely within a
period of 14 working days subsequent to receipt of delivery of the ordered
goods (or from a
contractual declaration likewise declared remotely).
In order for you to exercise your revocation rights, you must express us
unambiguous declaration (contained, for example, in a letter sent by means of
the postal services or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. To
do so, you may use the sample revocation form, though use thereof is not prescribed.
It suffices if the revocation declaration has been sent prior to the deadline, no reasons are required. Saturdays do not count as working days.
In the event of revocation, the purchase price will be refunded in full including shipping costs (with the exception of additional charges incurred due to your having chosen a form of shipment other than the most affordable form of standard delivery which we offer). This refund will occur promptly and no later than 14 working days from the day upon which the returned items arrived back at our place of business. We may deny the refund until we have received the returned goods or until we have received proof that those goods have been shipped back. In order to make the refund, we will use the same method of payment used by you in the original transaction, other than if we have expressly agreed to something different. Under no circumstances will you incur any additional charges for the refund.
The gift vouchers must be returned to us promptly and within no more than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of your intent to revoke the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the gift vouchers have been sent to us prior to the 14-day deadline. The immediate costs for return shipping are borne by the Customer.
