Worry-Free Holiday Bookings in Summer 2022

All bookings during summer 2022 (18.05.2022 - 16.10.2022) may be canceled or rebooked up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. No reason is required.

Within 14 days, the following cancelation rules will apply:

between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, we bill 70% of the total price
6 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of no-show, we bill 90% of the total price.

If you are forced to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we are still able to guarantee NO CANCELATION CHARGES if one of the following circumstances applies:

our hotel has been shut down by the authorities or the village of Haus has been cordoned off.
your home country or region has issued a Level 6 travel warning for our region.
the borders to Austria are closed and entry for holiday purposes is not permitted.
