cancelation conditions
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Booking Conditions (AGBH) apply, with the exception of our relaxed cancellation conditions.
All bookings may be canceled or rebooked up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No reason is required.
Within 30 days, the following cancelation rules will apply:
- 29 to 14 days prior to arrival we charge 40% of the total price
- between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the total price
- 6 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of no-show, we charge 90% of the total price

In order to avoid any unnecessary expenses, we recommend purchasing hotel cancelation insurance. Many credit cards automatically include cancelation insurance. That said, check with your credit card company beforehand.
